These terms govern your use of Quick Sum Calculator (the "Service"), provided by ToolBase ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Quick Sum Calculator helps you total lists of numbers and offers extra features for paid users. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or pause without notice. We do our best to be accurate but you should always verify your own results.

2. Free and Pro Plans

Anyone can use the basic features for free. The Pro plan unlocks additional features for a recurring fee. Pricing and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page; we may adjust them over time, with at least 30 days' notice for changes that affect existing subscribers.

3. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are processed by our payment processor, which may store your payment method and charge it automatically at the start of each renewal period until you cancel. Prices can vary by region and may be subject to foreign exchange fees, and taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide. You can cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops. See the Refund Policy for details.

4. Acceptable Use

Please use the Service for lawful purposes. Don't try to break it, abuse it, scrape it at scale, resell it, or use it to attack others. We may pause or suspend access if we suspect abuse.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of anything you paste or upload. We process it only to give you results and to keep the Service running reliably. We don't claim it as our own.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for losses arising from how you use the Service or from any errors in its output.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of our place of business. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you stronger rights, those rights apply.
